[Tuskegee, AL]- Garrysa Caffey, Principal Consultant for Nov8ive Events & Designs and Life Coaching Representative for Compass Coaching recently took her business acumen and expertise to another level by being accepted into the Compass Enterprise Representative Training Program. Compass, the leader in internet based coaching or e-coaching company announced in May 2011 that the company plans to expand its individual life coaching services to include an innovative program for companies that wish to offer employees an alternative to existing Employee Assistance Programs and foster growth and inclusion. According to Compass, the Enteprise program "will allow corporations to offer services to its employees that include pratical training content, live group coaching services and an interactive web-based e-learning platform."
During the program's piloting phase, Compass accepted a small group Compass Representatives to market the Enterprise solution to a small group of corporate clients that include EMC, Best Buy and Home Depot. The pilot was such a phenomenal success that the Compass leadership decided to expand the program and open the opportunity for other Compass Representatives to become Enterprise Certified Representatives. Ms. Caffey is one of the small group of Compass Representatives accepted into the second training group for the Enteprise course.
This intensive eight-week training will provide on-the-job-training of the corporate sales cycle and will culminate on October 25, 2011. The graduates of the program will be given the distinct designation of Enterprise Certified Compass Representatives and can market group benefits to companies across the globe.
