I must be about my business

It’s been on my mind for awhile the fact that I have not maintained my blog site like I should have. Since my last official blog entry in January- a lot of things have been occurring via business and otherwise (personal, sorority life, etc.). I have a new pet, have some serious inventory to move with another business venture ( and lost the files that had the potential blog topics and entries I had for this site (sigh).

However, I must remember one of my favorite quotes that I wrote a very long time ago: I must be about my business. This statement is no where near grammatically correct, but it does make a lot of sense. We must always be about our business. How can we make our business grow, how can we expand, how can we achieve our goals, how can we make the best decisions for our business? Entrepreneurs should ask themselves these questions at least on a weekly basis. To be most effective, I would say that you really should ask these questions everyday. I know that you may be thinking “I don’t have time to ask myself those questions”, but I say a perfect time would be either when you first wake up or when you get ready to retire for the evening. Keeping these questions in mind helps you remind yourself the purpose of being in business and what you can do to take it to the next level. I've been viewing other people's blogs, listening to Pam Perry and Karen Taylor Bass on
